We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Office québécois de la langue française or any Quebec government body.
Current plans
The Letter Helper and the Compliance Fix Pack are currently offered free of charge, and the Fix Pack is a beta. We may add paid plans in the future; if we do, the applicable pricing, billing, and refund terms will be presented to you before any purchase, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law, and given that the current tools are provided free of charge and on a beta basis, the service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
